Samatva Spardha 2023
In constant endeavour to create a learning environment where the students grow intellectually, socially and emotionally, AKGIM organized Samatva Spardha 2023 for MBA 2022-24 Batch on 7th February 2023 . The program was conducted at AKGIM campus. The club functionaries under the banner Markxenia, Hrythm, and Monetrix planned and conducted various activities. The objective of the activity was to create a spirit of competitiveness and teamwork among the young budding managers.
The students coordinators of different clubs organized various activities like Monetrix Club organized Business Quiz, Hrythm Club Organized the event Dias to Rise and Marketing Club Markxenia Organized an Extempore Competition. All the Students from the MBA Batch 2022-24 participated in the various events with great enthusiasm. Director AKGIM Dr. TR Pandey witnessed the event and appreciated the efforts of the club functionaries and the student coordinators.
Director Dr TR Pandey congratulated winners from the various events and encouraged the students with his inspiring words.
“Samatva Spardha 2020”and “Annual Budget Conclave 2020”
Ajay Kumar Garg Institute of Management successfully conducted “SamatvaSpardha– 2020” and “Annual Budget Conclave 2020” on February 14, 2020 at AKGIM campus. The inaugural session of the meet was started with the lamp lighting by Director AKGIM,Dr.Tripurari Pandey followed by Guest lecture by Mr. Anup Kapoor and Mr.Vipin Garg who addressed the participants and emphasized on the need and relevance of such programs in order to bring competitiveness among management students.
The following events were conducted under this meet:
- 1) Business Quiz
- 2) Business Game
- 3) Business Plan
- 4) Debate
All the Students ofAKGIM participated in the event. The objective of the meet was to enable ambitious young budding managers to explore their managerial and technical skills and to learn from each other through direct involvement in all the competitions.
At the end of the program Dr. R. K. Agarwal, Director General, AKGEC and Dr.TR Pandey, Director, Ajay Kumar Garg Institute of Management give away the prizes to the winners of the various events.
“Samatva Spardha – 2019” An Annual Management Meet”
Ajay Kumar Garg Institute of Management successfully conducted One Day Annual Management Meet “SAMATVA SPARDHA- 2019” on February 15, 2019 at AKGIM campus. The inaugural session of the meet was started with the lamp lighting by Director AKGIM, Dr. Tripurari Pandey followed by Guest lecture by Mr. Harsh Sharma and Mr. Vikas Sachdeva who addressed the participants and emphasized on the need and relevance of such programs in order to bring competitiveness among management students.
The following events were conducted under this meet:

- 3) Business Plan
Students of AKGIM with various other institutions like IMS College (Ghaziabad), ITS (Ghaziabad), HRIT(Ghaziabad), IPEM, IAMR, INMANTEC, KIET, Hi tech, KEC, ABES etc. participated in the event. The objective of the meet was to enable ambitious young budding managers to explore their managerial and technical skills and to learn from each other through direct involvement in all the competitions.
At the end of the program Dr.T R Pandey, Director, Ajay Kumar Garg Institute of Management give away the prizes to the winners of the various events.

The inaugural session of the meet was started with the lamp lighting by Director AKGIM,Dr Tripurari Pandey followed by Guest lecture by Mr. Rakesh Seth who addressed the participants and emphasized on the need and relevance of such programs in order to bring competitiveness among management students..

Students of AKGIM with various other institutions like Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College (Ghaziabad), IMS College (Ghaziabad), CMD (Modinagar), INMANTEC (Ghaziabad) ,Jaipuria Institute of Management (Noida) , ITS (Ghaziabad), HRIT (Ghaziabad) & Dr. K. N. Modi University (Modinagar) participated in the event. The objective of the meet was to enable ambitious young budding managers to explore their managerial and technical skills and to learn from each other through direct involvement in all the competitions.
At the end of the program Dr. T.R. Pandey, Director, Ajay Kumar Garg Institute of Management gave away the prizes to the winners of the various events. The Competition witnessed enthusiastic participation that inculcated a learning environment which was enjoyed by all the participants.
