AKGIM offers Two Year Full Time MBA programme approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India, New Delhi and affiliated to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow, U.P. The programme is certified by BSI of United Kingdom. The programme aims at transforming young graduates into successful and effective managers. The prime focus of the Course is to prepare professionals who would take up leadership positions in organizations across industry, government sector and NGOs. The programme has been designed to equip youngsters with the basic set of knowledge, skills and aptitude that would be required of them in corporate/non-corporate organizations. The programme aims at providing young, thinking minds the power to shape their paths and influence change. Depth of understanding, analytical rigor, and independence of thought, commitment, cooperation, competition, integrity and innovation are the core values instilled in each individual who graduates from the institute. This is achieved through continuous process of feedback, brainstorming and continuous learning to remain aligned with the emerging needs of the market. The curriculum of MBA maintains a healthy balance between depth and breadth of knowledge and skills thus combining a strong conceptual base with exposure to contemporary practices and trends. The realization is that the students in the classroom hail from different backgrounds and expectations. A dossier of each student is created based on his/her strength and weaknesses. This is circulated among the faculty members to concentrate on weak areas and to work on strong areas to improve the performance of each student. A variety of learning tools are used for the acquisition of knowledge and skills. Role-play, case study, project-work, field experience, assignment, quiz, seminars, industry visits are some of the methods used.
