Brief Bio : Dr Vidhi Agrawal is Associate Professor in the area of Human Resource Management and Law at Ajay Kumar Garg Institute of Management, Ghaziabad. Dr. Vidhi teaches papers in Human Resource Management and Law at AKGIM. She has more than Fifteen  years of teaching and research experience. She has been actively involved in research and publications and has published/presented research papers in International/National journals and International conferences. She has presented papers at the conferences held at IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore and IIM Lucknow. Prof. Agrawal has been actively organizing conferences and organizes MDPs for senior and middle level executives. Her contributions and performance in teaching, conducting research, MDPs and conferences have been highly appreciated.

Prof. Agrawal holds the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and is the Associate Member of “The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) Prof. Agrawal also holds degree of Master of Commerce (M.Com.)   and Bachelor of Legislative Law (LL.B).

At present she holds the position of Asst. Professor – HRM and Law at Ajay Kumar Garg Institute of Management Prof. Agrawal has instilled a greater sense of academic discipline, rigor and quality improvement in the entire course she taught. She took keen interest in improving the research environment and bringing the reform in the process of study which is critical for the standard and excellence of business education.

Administrative Responsibilities handled at AKGIM :

Taking care of AAYAM (AKGIM Journal for Research) as Editor. 

1. Taking AAYAM to the new heights by promoting, both nationally, and internationally.

2. Liasoning with the various agencies like PRO QUEST, CABELL'S DIRECTORY, SCOPUS, UGC for insertion of the AAYAM in their prestigious index.

3. Looking after the website updating in relation to AAYAM Journal for e.g. preparing and updating peer review policy, reviewer’s policy, award policy, etc.

4. Maintaining Records of Faculty Research and Publications in the capacity of Chairperson (Research and Publications)

 

Student Affair

1. Planning and organizing Inter-Institutional events, such as SamatvaSpardha for the last five years.

2. Coordinationfor  the Fresher’s party in Liasoning with AKGEC

3. Organizing the Farewell Party for MBA students ADIEU for the last five years.

4. Encouraging the students to participate in the other colleges' events and to make the necessary arrangement required for the students' participation

5. Looking after the society “samatva” which is divided into three academics clubs – Hrythm, Monetrix ,Markxenia
