ABSTRACT
Hi-Tech Industries provides the best planting solution for the automobile and packaging industries using the latest chemicals and equipment for better planting quality. The company aims to provide the best quality services to the client. Over time, they were able to cater to big brands such as Havells, Polycab, Nissin Brakes India, Yamaha, Suzuki, Bosch and Godrej to name a few. The company started facing trouble in 2022 when its employees started voluntary turnover and it was hard for Hi-Tech Industries to retain its highly engaged employees. Additionally, all this led to performance gaps due to reduced staff and delayed timetables, which further exacerbated the firm’s problems. The managers had trouble keeping the duties in line and hitting the sales goals. The case study illustrates the difficulties faced by the industries due to voluntary turnover and the case tries to bring snippets of great resignation.
